Job Description
The Maintenance Tech II is a general maintenance technician who performs day-to-day tasks including inspections, repairs, and maintenance work.
Requirements
- Assists Maintenance Tech III with inspections and repairs
- Completes assigned preventive maintenance work orders
- Assists with equipment installations and alterations to building systems
