Job Description
The Maintenance Tech II performs day-to-day maintenance tasks, including repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance, to ensure the daily operations and overall appearance of the Southside Community Hospital facility.
Requirements
- Assist Maintenance Tech III with inspection and surveillance of defects
- Perform necessary repairs to support daily operations or overall appearance
- Complete assigned preventive maintenance work orders
- Assist with equipment installations and alterations to building systems
- Perform other duties as assigned
