CROP SCOUT INTERN

Centra Sota Cooperative's vision is to improve lives and create a more vibrant future for farmers, families, and communities in Central MN. We offer paid internships that coordinate with your school's schedule, in-depth training, and a project to present to our Agronomy, Feed, and Leadership team.

Requirements

• Weed & Insect identification
• General knowledge of chemicals and fertilizers
• Conduct emergence and stand counts
• Taking and interpreting tissue and soil samples
• Moisture probe installation and maintenance
• Nutrient deficiency identification and main
• Precision plant knowledge
• Demonstrate a commitment to doing what's right, a solid work ethic, a strong sense of ownership, a passion for agriculture, and genuine respect for others
• Perform other duties as assigned
