Job Description
CentraCare Health – Monticello is seeking a Director of Nursing – Care Center to lead nursing services in our 89-bed Long Term Care/Transitional Care Center. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and experience in long term care.
Requirements
- Current MN RN License
- Strong communication, planning, financial management, problem-solving, program development and human resources management skills
- Bachelor's degree required
- Master's degree preferred
- 5 years' progressive leadership experience in long term care
- Demonstrated ability to achieve results in a collaborative manner
