Job Description
CentraCare Health – Paynesville is seeking a caring and skilled Director of Nursing for their Koronis Manor Care Center. The successful candidate will lead the nursing team, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and drive the strategic direction of the organization.
Requirements
- Current RN licensure in the State of Minnesota
- Bachelor's Degree required - Master's Degree preferred
- 5+ years progressive administrative/leadership experience in long-term care
- 3-5 years supervisory experience of exempt/non-exempt staff
- Strong nursing and administrative skills
