Job Description
We're seeking an experienced, highly-motivated nurse to join our team as a Director of Nursing. The Director of Nursing, Long Term Care is responsible for comprehensive leadership functions of the nursing component of the nursing home.
Requirements
- Current RN license in Minnesota
- Knowledge of state and federal nursing home regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (preferred)
- 3-5 years administrative/leadership experience in Long Term Care
- Ability to work with computerized medical records system
- Knowledge in MDS 3.0
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Desire to improve the resident-centered care experience
