Director of Clinical Services

Central Baptist Village is seeking a Director of Clinical Services to lead nursing professionals in our senior living campus, ensuring high-quality, person-centered care to residents.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) with an active license in Illinois
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred
• Minimum of 5-7 years of clinical nursing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within a long-term care facility covering assisted living, sheltered care, and skilled nursing
• Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations, including CMS and IDPH, and experience with regulatory surveys for various levels of care
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to manage and develop teams, implement quality improvement initiatives, and ensure regulatory compliance across different care settings
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
