Job Description
Compass Health Center is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing to join their team in Northbrook, Illinois. The Director will play a key role in building and shaping a strong culture at the location, while offering direct coaching and development to the team. The Director will oversee the nursing department, manage policies and procedures, and ensure proper and timely healthcare is provided to patients.
Requirements
- Hold a BSN degree
- Registered Nurse with current licensure to practice in Illinois
- Certified in Healthcare Provider CPR
- 7+ years of progressive nursing experience
- 2+ years of management experience
- Mental health experience
