Job Description
The Protective Services Case Aide works under the supervision of the Protective Services Trainer/Supervisor, supporting daily administrative tasks and assisting PSWs as requested.
Requirements
- Strong written, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Organized and detail-oriented with strong time management and priority-setting skills
- Capable of working with high independence and using sound judgment to anticipate and resolve issues
- Strong computer knowledge with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment
- Flexibility and collaboration in a team-oriented organization
