Job Description
The Alliance is seeking a Legal Services Director to oversee the Legal Services Department. The ideal candidate will have a Juris Doctor degree, a minimum of 7 years of experience as a practicing healthcare attorney, and management experience. The role requires strong leadership, contract negotiation, and risk assessment skills. The salary range is $230,000-$300,000, depending on location, and the company offers a comprehensive benefits package.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- Admitted to and in good standing with the State Bar of California
- Active license to practice law in California
- Minimum 7 years of experience as a practicing healthcare attorney
- Minimum 5 years of management level experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience related to health plan operations
