CCLS Affirmative Litigation Staff Attorney

CCLSS is seeking an experienced litigator to join their growing affirmative and impact litigation team. The ideal candidate will have experience in handling cases from inception to resolution and will be committed to providing exceptional legal representation to individuals and communities. The position involves case evaluation, litigation strategy, negotiation, and collaboration with other CCLS teams.

Requirements

• Member in good standing of the State Bar of California
• Strong legal writing, research, editing, and analytical skills
• Experience in all stages of civil litigation
• Experience working with low-income clients (preferred)
• Excellent communication skills
• Bilingual ability desirable (Hmong/English or Spanish/English)
• Comfortable working under pressure
• Commitment to the rights of our clients
• Ability to travel as needed
• Proof of liability and property insurance on vehicle
