Job Description
The Director of Development will support the work of the Central Lincoln County YMCA, a leading nonprofit organization, by promoting healthy living, social responsibility, and youth development. The role will involve leading fundraising efforts, designing and implementing fundraising strategies, and building relationships with staff, volunteers, and community partners.
Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience in a related field
- Bachelor’s degree in business management or the equivalent in education and closely related work experience
- Excellent leadership skills
- Team player, with superb interpersonal skills
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record with access to personal vehicle preferred
