We are seeking a Senior Manager Quality to lead the development and execution of quality strategies, policies, and procedures to enhance overall product quality. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in quality management and a strong knowledge of quality tools and methodologies.
Requirements
- Develop and implement quality management systems (QMS) to ensure compliance with ISO standards and customer requirements.
- Lead the development and execution of quality strategies, policies, and procedures to enhance overall product quality.
- Conduct regular audits to assess the effectiveness of the QMS and identify areas for continuous improvement.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards, staying abreast of changes and updates.
- Manage the quality control team, providing leadership, mentorship, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, to integrate quality standards into all aspects of the product life cycle.
- Drive root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions to address quality issues.
- Oversee the documentation and record-keeping process to track and report on quality metrics.
- Implement and manage a robust training program to enhance the quality awareness and skills of the workforce.
- Stay current with industry best practices, technological advancements, and emerging trends in quality management.
