Job Description
Central Moloney is seeking a Senior Manager Quality to lead the development and execution of quality strategies, policies, and procedures to enhance overall product quality. The ideal candidate will have experience in quality management, a focus on ISO standards, and strong leadership skills.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in quality management, with a focus on ISO standards and Quality GMS.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degree or certifications in quality management preferred.
- Strong knowledge of quality tools and methodologies, statistical process control, and Six Sigma principles.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team towards achieving quality objectives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
