Maintenance Manager responsible for leading a team of maintenance technicians and performing hands-on maintenance and troubleshooting on electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
Requirements
- Plan, prioritize, and assign corrective and preventive maintenance work orders for electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair faults in motors, drives, power distribution, hydraulic power units, cylinders, valves, pumps, gearboxes, conveyors, and related equipment.
- Develop and maintain preventive and predictive maintenance schedules in conjunction with Corporate Maintenance Staff to improve equipment reliability and extend asset life using a CMMS system.
- Maintain accurate records of work orders, parts usage, and equipment history using the company’s maintenance systems.
- Enforce safe work practices, conduct toolbox talks, and support incident investigations and corrective actions.
