Requirements

• Responsible for hiring, coordinating, mentoring, training, and evaluating Sales personnel.
• Responsible for reviewing Key-Performance Metrics and implementing the structure and processes to achieve these goals.
• Communicates clearly and directly with employees concerning performance expectations, productivity, and accountability.
• Maintains a valid Driver's License and Passport.
• General office and computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
