Manager - Fiber Installation

Centric Fiber is seeking a Manager – Fiber Installation to oversee fiber installation operations, provide leadership to field technicians, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and with high quality standards.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in telecommunications or fiber installation, with at least 2 years in a leadership/supervisory role.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and field teams simultaneously.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, or overtime as business needs require.
• Willingness to travel across local and regional Centric markets as needed.
