Job Description
Centric Fiber is seeking a Manager - Fiber Installation to oversee fiber installation operations, provide leadership to field technicians, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and with high quality standards.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelorās degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience in telecommunications or fiber installation, with at least 2 years in a leadership/supervisory role
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and field teams simultaneously
- Valid driverās license and clean driving record
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, or overtime as business needs require
- Willingness to travel across local and regional Centric markets as needed
