Centric Services is seeking a NOC Analyst to join its Network Operations Center team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring maximum network availability, quality of service, and performance for residential and commercial subscribers.
Requirements
- Work trouble tickets, including escalations, alarms, incidents, and service requests.
- Utilize network management systems and monitoring tools to detect service-impacting issues.
- Analyze and implement strategies for solving network issues, including developing and producing network system documentation and instructional manuals.
- Manipulate data collected via SNMP, NetFlow, and custom scripting for dashboard creation.
- Configure, test, maintain, and troubleshoot network equipment and services.
- Effectively communicate and escalate alarms ensuring quick resolution.
