Field Supervisor

Centuri companies are seeking a Field Supervisor to oversee field crews, ensure full compliance with safety regulations, manage resources efficiently, and build strong customer relationships to enhance operational effectiveness.

Requirements

• 5 years' experience in relevant construction
• Minimum 5 years' experience supervising employees
• Proven track record for successfully managing a team, mentoring and training new employees
• Collaborative, self-starter with industry relationships and excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to persuade others to a course of action by instructing, convincing, or influencing through professional guidance using logic and example
