Field Supervisor

Requirements

• Vocational or specialized training
• 5 years' experience in relevant construction
• 5 years' experience supervising employees
• Necessary gas industry Operator Qualifications
• Collaborative, self-starter with industry relationships and excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong sense of personal responsibility and desire to keep crews safe
• Ability to persuade others to a course of action
• Ability to assist with planning and scheduling activities
• Ability to solve unique problems and develop methods
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
