Job Description
Centuri is seeking a Proposal Coordinator to manage the proposal process from kickoff to 'win', serving as a bridge between Operations, Estimating, and Executive Leadership. As a proactive communicator who thrives on deadlines, you will analyze complex requirements, develop compliance matrices, and maintain proposal library to streamline future bids.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree welcome but not required
- 1+ years experience in proposal coordination, project manager or strategic administrative support
- Prior experience navigating fast paced environments
- Proven track record producing meticulous written work
- Exceptional verbal communication skills to build rapport and influence stakeholders
