Job Description
Manage complex IT contracts, lead technical teams, and provide administrative direction. Plan, organize, and coordinate tasks, procedures, and personnel to meet schedule and production requirements.
Requirements
- ITIL Certification
- Help Desk Institute (HDI) certifications, preferably HDI Support Center Manager
- Five (5) years of successful leadership or equivalent experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Business, Management, or equivalent
