Job Description
The Disability Support Practitioner role at CPA exists to provide high-quality, person-centered support to people with disabilities, empowering clients to live as independently as possible by helping them to achieve their goals and supporting their day-to-day wellbeing, dignity and quality of life.
Requirements
- Commitment to person-centred care
- Current NSW Driver's Licence (minimum P2)
- Ability to meet the inherent physical requirements of the role
- Willingness to work a rotating roster
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working With Children Check
- First Aid & CPR
