Job Description
Join us and make a positive difference to the lives of people with disabilities. We are seeking Disability Support Practitioners to work in group homes in Beacon Hill, Terrey Hills, and Belrose.
Requirements
- Support clients to develop and maintain independence, dignity, and confidence
- Deliver individualised care, including assistance with mealtimes, personal care, medication administration, and manual handling
- Monitor client wellbeing, documenting and reporting on progress and any changes
- Work collaboratively as part of a team
