Machine Operator - 2nd Shift

Cerelia USA's state-of-the-art food production plant in Whitehall, Ohio is hiring for our 2nd shift! The new facility is dedicated to the retail product portfolio with a specialization in rolled dough (pizza, pie, pastry) and cookie dough.

Requirements

• Inspect food production equipment prior to start mixing
• Ensure consistency on all doughs by adjusting processing equipment
• Document observations on start-up and shutdown checklists
• Perform on line bake offs and verify results against quality standards
• Diagnose and troubleshoot problems with machinery or equipment operation
• Maintain clean and organized work area(s) during food production
