Job Description
Production Supervisor (Day Shift) responsible for leading daily shift startup, execution, and handoff to ensure consistency across all shifts, driving adherence to standard work, operating procedures, and GMP requirements, and ensuring all products meet defined quality standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
- Lean Six Sigma Experience preferred
- Ability to interface effectively with plant personnel, outside contractors, and different functional groups within the business units
- Working knowledge of manufacturing and quality systems, finance, statistical process control, and KPI management systems
- Demonstrated leadership in safety & quality compliance
- Ability to communicate and influence at all levels of an organization
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite applications
- Ability to give and receive constructive feedback
