Production Supervisor - Day Shift: Organizes employee assignments and training, performs daily performance management, assists in developing team members, and implements improvement ideas.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain or closely related field
- 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing or supply chain
- Leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of ISO Standards, OSHA, and Environmental standards
