The Payment Integrity Supervisor is responsible for supervising the payment integrity team, ensuring timely and accurate processing of internal and external requests, and reducing response timeframes.

Requirements

• Supervise payment integrity team
• Assist team with problem-solving and clinical questions
• Review and apply clinical knowledge and payer policy
• Ensure appeals and grievances are resolved in a timely manner
• Manage multiple projects and set priorities
• Maintain HIPAA privacy and security protocols
