Job Description
CertifID is a startup that provides a secure platform to verify identities and authenticate wire transfer instructions. They are looking for a Sr. Manager of Sales Operations to help scale their impact and end wire fraud. The role involves working directly with the Head of RevOps to connect GTM strategy to day-to-day execution, ensuring Sales leaders have clear, trusted data and sales reps have systems and processes that help them sell effectively.
Requirements
- 5+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or GTM Strategy, ideally within a high-growth SaaS environment
- Individual Contributor DNA, with a proven track record of owning complex projects from conception to completion
- Analytical Rigor, with expert-level skills in sales tracking, forecasting, and pipeline management
- Communication, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable narratives for stakeholders
