Job Description
The Senior Buyer will ensure material availability to support production and distribution sales by executing purchase orders and managing vendor relationships.
Requirements
- Reviews and analyzes MRP and other related reports
- Ensures purchase orders are input into the system in a timely and accurate manner
- Communicate with sales and production teams regarding order status
- Assists in solving discrepancies with suppliers, inventory, finance, and engineering
- Negotiates with suppliers for best pricing
