The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing full cycle recruiting activities for assigned roles across the organization, partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and delivering exceptional candidate experience.
Requirements
- Partner with hiring managers to clarify job requirements, competencies, and selection criteria.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection support, and offer facilitation.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top talent through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and proactive outreach.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for critical and hard to fill roles.
- Leverage market insights, talent intelligence, and recruitment data to adjust sourcing strategies.
- Advise hiring managers on recruitment best practices, interview techniques, and market conditions.
- Provide regular updates regarding candidate pipelines, challenges, and progress.
- Collaborate with HR partners on workforce planning and organizational staffing needs.
- Deliver consistent, positive candidate experiences through timely communication and professionalism.
- Support employer branding initiatives including recruitment events, social content, or community outreach.
- Represent the organization at career fairs, campus events, and industry networking activities.
- Maintain accurate ATS records and ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
- Prepare recruiting metrics and reports to support data driven decision-making.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of recruiting processes, tools, and candidate engagement strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships across all levels of the organization, including stakeholders, candidates, and team members.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interviewing, assessment, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of diversity and inclusion best practices and trends.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
