Community Manager, Korea

We are looking for a Community Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of the Korean blockchain community, driving user engagement and sustained community growth. The ideal candidate will have a background in programming language theory and automated reasoning, experience in Web3, blockchain, or related community/operations roles, and native-level Korean proficiency and business-level English communication skills.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Web3, blockchain, or related community/operations roles.
• Candidates with experience in developing and executing community growth strategies from a B2B company perspective are preferred.
• Experience managing corporate LinkedIn accounts is a plus.
• Strong capabilities in content planning, creation, and editing, with the ability to independently produce high-quality localized content.
• Excellent cross-cultural communication skills and strong collaboration abilities.
• Native-level Korean proficiency and business-level English communication skills.
