Job Description
The Monad Foundation is looking for a Korea Lead to establish Monad as the leading blockchain in South Korea by institutional and retail adoption. The Korea Lead will own the overall strategy for the South Korean market, driving business development, strategic relationships and ecosystem growth.
Requirements
- 5+ years of business development experience
- 3+ years of experience in blockchain, digital assets, or Web3 startups
- Native-level fluency in both Korean and English (written and verbal)
- Established network across local Web3 startups, institutions, and enterprises
