5-10 years of experience in RWA or tokenization, asset management, institutional product, or BD. Direct familiarity with on-chain tokenized assets and experience managing multi-party workflows

Proven motion design experience, strong foundation in After Effects, and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams

2+ years of DevOps experience, 3+ years of experience with Infrastructure as Code, and proficiency in bare metal server management and scripting

At least 3 years of experience in a quantitative role, preferably in HFT, strong understanding of market microstructure, and hands-on familiarity with numpy and pandas

5+ years of experience in B2B growth marketing, product marketing, or ecosystem marketing with high agency and comfort operating in a technical space

Accountable for DeFi protocol growth, building RWA x DeFi flywheel, connecting ecosystem dots, and bringing institutional capital onchain

5+ years of business development experience, 3+ years in blockchain, digital assets, or Web3 startups, native-level fluency in Korean and English

Experience driving DeFi growth, understanding value flows, opinionated on asset quality and risk, and strong network

At least 3 years of experience building predictive models, strong knowledge of predictive modeling techniques and numpy/pandas, and the ability to work independently
