Strong track record in fintech, payments, and/or traditional finance sectors, deep curiosity about stablecoins and payments, and a hustler mindset

5+ years of business development experience, 3+ years in blockchain, digital assets, or Web3 startups, native-level fluency in Korean and English

3+ years of experience in workplace operations, office management, or similar operational roles, strong time management skills, and excellent communication skills

Accountable for DeFi protocol growth, building RWA x DeFi flywheel, connecting ecosystem dots, and bringing institutional capital onchain

Encyclopedic knowledge of DeFi protocols, deep opinions on asset quality, coordination skills, strong communicator, experience at a DeFi protocol, familiarity with the Monad network, and comfort reading Solidity

Experience driving DeFi growth, understanding value flows, opinionated on asset quality and risk, and strong network

5+ years of experience in B2B growth marketing, product marketing, or ecosystem marketing with high agency and comfort operating in a technical space

Proven motion design experience, strong foundation in After Effects, and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
