Motion Designer [Contract-to-Perm]

The Monad Foundation is looking for a Motion Designer to shape the brand's visual identity through motion and animation. The role requires a strong design foundation and the ability to translate brand systems into cohesive motion. The Motion Designer will create high-quality motion and animation assets for campaigns, educational explainers, product demos, livestreams, and social media content.

Requirements

• Proven motion design experience for brand, product, or marketing
• Strong foundation in After Effects, Lottie and handoff specifications with interest or experience in Figma, Rive, and AI tooling
• Solid grasp of typography, layout, color, and animation principles
• Comfortable collaborating with designers, art directors, and cross-functional teams
• Experience building or maintaining motion libraries and reusable assets
