Requirements

• 6-10 years of experience in financial institution partnerships, institutional BD, management consulting with a financial services focus, or a crypto infrastructure company
• Direct exposure to how large financial institutions evaluate, procure, and adopt new technology infrastructure
• Existing relationships within financial institutions, consulting firms, or the broader institutional crypto ecosystem
• Exceptional written communication
• Familiarity with token markets and institutional investor behavior
• Comfortable managing multiple workstreams with different audiences and timelines simultaneously
• Analytically sharp enough to track competitive dynamics across chains and synthesize institutional feedback into actionable intelligence
