Job Description
The Monad Foundation is seeking a Head of DeFi to lead the strategy and execution of growing DeFi across the Monad network. The role involves driving DeFi growth, advising DeFi builders, and bridging DeFi and TradFi/Fintech.
Requirements
- Experience in driving measurable growth in TVL, liquidity, or protocol adoption
- Understanding of value flows across lending, CDPs, DEXs, and yield-bearing stablecoins
- Opinionated on asset quality and risk
- Strong network among whales, liquid crypto-native funds, DeFi curators, and blue-chip protocol founders
