Institutional Growth Lead- APAC

The Solana Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to the adoption and security of the Solana network. We are seeking an Institutional Growth Lead to direct our efforts in Asia, leading partnerships with regulators, banks, and financial institutions.

Requirements

• 7–12 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or strategy within fintech, enterprise, financial services, or blockchain.
• Proven ability to engage and influence senior leaders at financial institutions and regulators.
• Fluency in English; business proficiency in a major Asian language (e.g., Mandarin, Japanese, Korean, Thai, Indonesian) is a plus.
• A strong understanding of blockchain, digital assets, and regulatory dynamics in Asia.
