Job Description
The Solana Foundation is seeking a Lead Solutions Architect to own integrations strategy across APAC. The role combines deep solutions architecture with executive engagement and regional strategy.
Requirements
- Native Mandarin speaker
- Strong English communication skills
- 7+ years of software engineering experience
- 4+ years in solutions architecture, enterprise architecture, or technical leadership roles
- Proven track record of defining and executing technical strategies or roadmaps
- Demonstrated ability to influence and build trust with C-level and VP-level executives
- Deep expertise in institutional payment systems, correspondent banking, settlement infrastructure, or fintech platforms
- Experience with Rust, Typescript, or other performant languages in production environments
- Based in Greater China, Singapore, or Hong Kong
