Analista de Infraestrutura Senior [Facilities]

CESAR is looking for a Senior Infrastructure Analyst to plan and monitor complex services related to physical infrastructure, ensuring maintenance plans are fulfilled and user experiences are optimized. The successful candidate will manage service contracts, analyze costs, support junior professionals, and lead negotiations.

Requirements

• Manage service contracts with providers
• Analyze and manage the costs of projects, programs, and services
• Support and orient junior professionals
• Lead negotiations for complex contracts
• Monitor area indicators and submit progress reports
• Propose action plans based on indicator analysis
• Promote integration of area processes with backoffice processes
• Map processes to identify vulnerabilities, failures, threats, and opportunities for improvement
• Establish control and monitoring measures to ensure security and proper functioning of installations
