Analista de Infraestrutura

JLL is seeking an Infrastructure Analyst to join their team in managing real estate properties. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and monitoring infrastructure services, ensuring the functionality, organization, and quality of corporate environments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, or related fields
• Strong technical knowledge in primary cabin and real estate infrastructure
• Proven experience in facilities management and monitoring of outsourced services (soft and hard services)
• Dynamic and proactive profile with excellent communication skills
• Availability to work on-site in Barueri and São Paulo's South Zone
• Ability to control reports, performance analysis, and participation in internal and external audits
