Job Description
JLL is hiring a Property Coordinator in Sao Paulo, Brazil. The role involves ensuring the safe and continuous operation of all building systems, monitoring maintenance, SLAs and operational performance. The ideal candidate has a degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Civil Engineering and experience in corporate real estate operations.
Requirements
- Completed higher education, preferably in Electrical, Mechanical or Civil Engineering
- Experience with management of outsourced teams (Soft/Hard Services)
- Experience in corporate real estate operations
- Intermediate Office package
- Knowledge of critical and complex building systems
- Ability to analyze failures and root cause
- Ability to maintain rigorous technical documentation
