Coordenador de Serviços Prediais

The Building Services Coordinator will be responsible for managing the full operations of property maintenance, leading technical teams, controlling costs and ensuring the reliability of systems and equipment. Key responsibilities include monitoring SLAs with service providers, analyzing service provider budgets, planning schedules of activities, ensuring compliance with policies and standards, and managing maintenance cost budget and approving purchases.

Requirements

• Completed higher education in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of experience in building maintenance and/or construction
• Knowledge in high-power chiller or VRF systems
• Knowledge in primary panel and its devices
• Knowledge in hydraulic pump systems and fire systems
• Experience in supervising technical teams and third-party
• Experience in analyzing budgets and negotiating with suppliers
• Knowledge in occupational safety standards and technical regulations
• Ability to prepare managerial reports and schedules
• Knowledge in compliance policies
• Discretion to make short trips in Brazil
