Job Description
CesiumAstro is seeking a Senior Program Manager to manage multiple fast-paced projects for a large customer subsystem or a small to medium-sized payload. The ideal candidate will have experience in program performance and day-to-day execution, including concept development, implementation, production, modification, integration and test, and delivery.
Requirements
- Minimum of 12-15 years of Program Management or Subcontract Management Experience.
- Bachelor of Science (BS) or Master of Science (MS) degree in a relevant engineering field.
- Experience in the aerospace industry as a system or design engineer.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with government/military customers.
