Job Description
CesiumAstro is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead program performance and day-to-day execution for a large customer subsystem or a small to medium sized payload. The role involves managing multiple fast-paced projects, working with cross-functional teams, and making data-driven decisions.
Requirements
- Minimum of 12-15 years of Program Management or Subcontract Management Experience
- Bachelor of Science (BS) or Master of Science (MS) degree in a relevant engineering field (Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, etc.)
- Experience in the aerospace industry as a system or design engineer
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
