Senior Talent Acquisition Partner – Early Career Programs

We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to design, execute, and continuously enhance our early talent pipeline and diversity recruiting strategies. This role is a key individual contributor responsible for building scalable university partnerships, leading internships and early career programs, and driving initiatives that attract, develop, and convert high-potential, diverse talent.

Requirements

• Develop and execute a comprehensive early career recruiting strategy aligned with workforce planning and hiring forecasts.
• Build and manage scalable pipelines for interns, co-ops, and entry-level talent across key business areas.
• Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with university career centers, faculty, and student organizations.
• Represent the organization as an employer of choice through both in-person and virtual campus initiatives.
• Analyze recruiting data and recommend data-driven improvements.
• Design, launch, and manage structured internship and co-op programs with meaningful, project-based experiences.
• Develop strategies to convert high-performing interns into full-time employees.
