Requirements
- 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Proven experience partnering closely with hiring managers and senior leaders
- Strong consultative and influencing skills
- A track record of owning recruiting strategies end-to-end
- Expertise in building and maintaining strong candidate pipelines
- Demonstrated success with direct sourcing strategies and modern recruiting best practices
- Experience creating meaningful partnerships with community organizations, schools, or outreach programs
