Job Description
We are seeking a Head of Master Data Management (MDM) to lead the strategy, implementation, and ongoing evolution of our enterprise MDM function. This is a high-impact role for a hands-on leader who combines strategic vision with technical expertise to ensure our master data is accurate, consistent, and trusted across the organization.
Requirements
- 10+ years in the data management trenches, with 5+ years leading MDM strategy in a complex, high-growth and heavily regulated environment.
- Deep expertise in MDM platforms and their integration with CRM/ERP systems.
- Proven ability to translate complex data concepts into business value, influencing stakeholders and driving the adoption of best practices.
- A passion for coaching and developing talent, ensuring your team is equipped to meet the needs of the modern wealth management landscape.
