Job Description
Cetera Financial Institutions is seeking a Financial Institutions Management Consultant (FIMC) focused on developing and supporting Financial Institutions (FIs) poised for growth working closely with other members of the Regional Growth Team (RGT), Channel, and key Cetera resources to ensure delivery of strategic value, growth, business consulting and wealth management expertise and guidance.
Requirements
- Manage strategic business planning and relationship management with Financial Institutions executive management team
- Serve as a strategic relationship manager for financial institutions poised for growth
- Serve as an accountability growth partner and coach
- Complete quarterly business reviews
- Retain current FI partners
- Work with Financial Institution Executives, Program Managers and Regional Growth colleagues
- Grow the advisor team within Financial Institutions
- Work with Financial Institution to improve skillset & effectiveness in recruiting and employment administration of Financial Advisors
